The JohnsByrne team engaged with the Solara Suncare founders to develop a sturdy, sustainable paperboard solution for their entire sun care line as the brand was looking for carton consistency and a partner with turnkey solutions for their scaling business.
The goal was to create beautiful shelf-ready packaging that could sit alongside other high-end skincare brands in retail environments as well as attract new customers to trust the clean suncare brand.
Our Approach
- JohnsByrne engaged the team in full carton audit to review the structure, stock weight, grain direction, and color
- We recommended an FSC certified 100% post-consumer waste paperboard
- A new packaging structure was developed that would support the product and created color consistency throughout the various product lines – ensuring their PMS Pastel Yellow would look the same across all 6 SKUS
